Self-described POP/LIFE artist Dan Freeman has developed his interdisciplinary visual art over 40 years, working between static canvas and cinematic narrative. He is a Skowhegan alumni, an NEA fellow and founder of DUMBmagazine. Freeman is a former assistant to painters Alice Neel and Larry Rivers.
